What are the benefits of Styling a property for Sale?

Styling your property for sale will appeal to your ideal buyer, create spaces that inspire and excite, attract more potential buyers, sell your property fast, and potentially maximise your sale price. But most importantly, styling your property for sale provides potential buyers with a vision of how they too, could live in the space.

How will my property be styled?

Your property will be styled to the character of the property, to highlight the existing features of your property and the demographic of the buyer market.

What Furniture and Furnishings do you provide?

Beds, bedside tables, chairs, dining tables, dining chairs, sofas, armchairs, desks, buffets, coffee tables, outdoor furniture, and soft furnishings and decorative pieces including lamps, rugs, cushions, throws, bedding, artwork, sculptures, plants…the list is endless. Please note, Evoke doesn’t provide whitegoods; buyers are savvy enough to visualise what goes into a kitchen or laundry, and whether their own whitegoods will fit into the space.

How soon should I style my property before it is listed for sale?

Evoke recommends having your property styled, photographed and listed for sale within 5 to 7 days. Evoke wants to give you value for money, so getting your property online as soon as possible after it is styled gives you the best chance to gain maximum use of the furniture and furnishings.

What is included in the Styling Package?

The price of a full or partial styling includes the selection and hire of all furniture and furnishings, installation and removal, all travel, transport and removalist costs, insurance and gst.

Can I hire the furniture and furnishings beyond 5 weeks if my property is not sold?

Yes you can. Evoke offers the option to extend the hire week-by-week for as long as you need, or until your property is sold.

Can I live in the property after it is styled?

The furniture and furnishings are used for the sole purpose to furnish a property for sale. It is therefore appreciated that you do not live in the property or use the furniture and furnishings while they are in the property.

How can I collect my Newly purchased item or Items?

Evoke can arrange delivery as well as style your home with your new purchase at a time that is convenient for you.
